Norwegian Commissaire Replaces Dane The Danish Commissaire appointed by the UCI as President of the Commissaire Panel for the FBD Insurance RÁS has had to stand down due to personal difficulties. His place will be taken by the very experienced Norwegian Commissaire, Ms Inger Ness. Race Organiser, Dermot Dignam, welcoming the new appointment spoke with Ms Ness by phone and is looking forward to working with her in making this year's race a very succesful one.
