Dublin, Maynooth, Kilcock, Enfield, Mllingar, Edgeworthstown, Longford.

Stage 2: Longford To Westport 92 Miles.
Longford, Strokestown, Tulsk, Frenchpark, Ballaghadereen, Charlestown, Swinford, Bellvary, Castlebar, Newport, Westport.

Stage 3: Westport To Ennis 94 Miles.
Westport, Partry, Ballinrobe, Kilmane, Headford, Galway, Oranmore, Kilcolgan, Arderahan, Gort, Crusheen, Ennis.

Stage 4: Listowel To Cahersiveen 95 Miles.
Listowel, Stacks Mountain, Tralee, Castlemaine, Killorglin, Glenbeigh, Cahirsiveen, Athmagar Bridge, St.Finians Bay, Ballynahow, Coomanaspig, Portmagee, Athmagar Bridge, Cahersciveen.

Stage 5: Cahersiveen To Mallow 90 Miles.

Stage 6: Mallow To Carrick-On-Suir 92 Miles.
